The SADX platform is designed to comply with:

• ECOWAS Data Protection Supplementary Act A/SA.1/01/07
• African Union Convention on Cyber Security (Malabo Convention)
• National data protection laws of Benin, Ghana, and Rwanda

All cross‑border data transfers use adequacy mechanisms (standard contractual clauses or binding corporate rules). Biometric data is never stored outside the country of origin.
